Course duration: Our blended learning course enables you to start your course at home with theory delivered via live tutor classroom/webinar sessions along with access to our elearning portal.
You will attend the academy for 9 days practical training spread over a few weeks or months depending on your preference, Each unit requires home study and assignment work to complete your portfolio along with academy based practical and written assessments.
Students can expect to be completed and certified within 14 weeks
What other things do I need to do? You will need to ensure that you can dedicate time for self-study, written work and practice of your skills to ensure that you can achieve the expected level and standards that the course demands.

Is there any entry requirement? You must hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. Extensive industry experience can also be taken into consideration.
What qualification will I receive on successful completion of the course? You will gain the VTCT NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy. You will also obtain our diplomas for each unit completed allowing you to obtain insurance and work on paying customers.
What are my career progression options? On achievement of your NVQ level 3 qualification, you can then progress onto advanced aesthetics and skincare qualifications such as our Elite Skin practitioner package Continuing with NVQ level 4 specialist units including, advanced beauty therapy and salon management is also an option or adding diplomas to further your treatment skills.
This qualification will also enable you to apply for positions within many areas of the beauty sector. With a internationally recognised qualification you also have the option to work abroad in a salon, spa, on board ship, within the retail industry, as a mobile therapist or to open your own business.
